  • CAR-FREE LOCALE The community is designed for pedestrians ,with most roads being pedestrian only. A few access roads allow for slow vehicles.
  • PAVED WATER CHANNELS Paved water channels are provided along the sides of the road for run-off and infiltration.
  • CYCLE STANDS Cycle stands are provided for the street.Residents mainly use cycles to commute around the district.
  • MINI-PUBLIC SQUARES Small paved areas are found along the roads.They provide areas for play or have street elements like seating
