    -PROTECTED CYCLE LANE A designated cycle lane is well-protected from vehicular traffic by a row of trees and on-street parking spaces

  • MATERIALITY Different paving materials are used to indicate the various paths and cycle lane. The sidewalk is flush with the road level.
  • CYCLE PARKING Cycle racks along the street encourage use of soft mobility.
  • IMPROVED SPATIAL QUALITY Different facade materials as well as pushed back building form is seen at the ground level. This creates a more interesting pedestrian experience
  • HUMAN SCALED GREENERY The pedestrian path is lined with human-scaled greenery on both sides.
