- IMPROVED SPATIAL QUALITY Different facade materials as well as pushed back building form is seen at the ground level. This creates a more interesting pedestrian experience
- HUMAN SCALED GREENERY The pedestrian path is lined with human-scaled greenery on both sides.
-PROTECTED CYCLE LANE A designated cycle lane is well-protected from vehicular traffic by a row of trees and on-street parking spaces
