    -CAR-FREE DISTRICT A vehicular road runs around the district as an external loop, while all interior streets are pedestrian-only.

  • AFFORDABLE HOUSING The district was designed for social housing . Prefab buildings with minimal detail helped in lowering costs.
  • STAGGERED LAYOUT The district follows a staggered layout of houses and their gardens, creating a feeling of open space and community.Views are not obstructed by tradional building rows.
  • CHILD-FRIENDLY The pedestrian streets have small squares, where play equipment and seating is provided for children.
